When constructing a durable and reliable foundation for commercial-grade facilities, you cannot underestimate the importance of a well-prepared concrete floor. A recent project in Indus AB, that not only involved the installation of a robust 5-inch concrete floor but also incorporated galvanized u drains and a double sump pump system was completed in only a week.. What makes this project even more impressive is that it was completed during the harsh conditions of winter, proving that with the right expertise, construction can thrive in any weather.

The heart of any strong foundation lies in meticulous planning and preparation. We didn't just stop at laying concrete; we went the extra mile by incorporating 2 inches of under-slab insulation.

To enhance the drainage system of the floor, we opted for a galvanized u drain. This feature serves as a channel for water to flow away from the foundation, preventing water damage and ensuring the structural integrity of the concrete floor over time.

Our project incorporated a double sump pump system to efficiently manage excess water and prevent any potential flooding issues. This redundancy ensures that even in the most challenging weather conditions, the facility remains dry and secure.
